Felicia Adeniyi

Liberal for Bassendean

Biography

I’m Felicia Adeniyi, your Local Liberal candidate for Bassendean.

I was born and raised in West Africa before migrating to Australia nearly 20 years ago. In 2013 I moved to Bennett Springs where I live with my husband and three children.

Having grown up in West Africa I appreciate the value of hard work and determination. After arriving in Australia I became a nurse to help others and make our community safer.

I love getting involved with our community and making a difference. I have started local intiatives that support the homeless, provide food vouchers for those in need and assist young people with their studies.

Running a local business with my family, I know how important local jobs are to our community. I will work with small and family businesses to continue employing locals and creating new jobs in our community.

As part of Zak Kirkup’s Liberal team, I will tackle the Labor Government’s unfair $850 a year increases to household bills, work to create 200,000 new jobs in five years and will fight to keep you and your family safe by bringing our local police stations back up to full force with the recruitment of 1,200 additional WA Police Officers.

I will be a strong, experienced voice who will speak up and fight for our community.
