Biography

My wife Peta and I live in Trigg with our three children. We love this community, and I’m dedicated to creating more opportunities locally so that our families and businesses can thrive. To build strong communities, we need committed local leaders. I began my career as an officer in the Australian Army, where I deployed on operations around the world. Following my service, I transitioned into business.

I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for government to support – rather than punish – small and family businesses, so they can create jobs needed in our growing community. As CEO of the RSL in WA, I’ve led continuous improvement in services and support, helping WA’s 62,000 veterans and their families thrive in our communities, and enhancing recognition for the sacrifices made by those who serve our nation.

My values have remained constant – I believe in family, hard work, and community service. Addressing cost of living pressures, making our community safer and building resilience in our rapidly changing world are all key priorities for me. As a member of your

Liberal team, I’m fighting for a sensible transition to lower carbon emissions that doesn’t compromise our prosperity or standard of living, more investment in local health services like Joondalup Health Campus and securing more support for local community groups that keep us healthy and connected.

Over the years, I have come to know so many wonderful families, businesses and community groups in our local area. As a previous Federal Member of Parliament, I know what it takes to stand up for local communities and achieve results.
