Biography
Serving in the Legislative Council in the 42nd Parliament of Western Australia is a profound honour and responsibility, and one I approach with a clear focus on representing and serving the people of this State.
I was born and raised in Perth as the second oldest of four sisters, in a family shaped by hard work and small business. Watching my parents build and run their own business while raising our family instilled strong values of integrity, resilience and empathy. Those lessons continue to guide my approach to public service. Today, being a wife and mother to three young boys reinforces the importance of thoughtful, responsible decision‑making and the impact it has on families and future generations.
My background in commerce, law and small business brings a practical perspective to parliamentary work. I studied economics and law at the University of Notre Dame Australia in Fremantle, before working as a lawyer and later founding a small business specialising in wills and estate planning. This work involved supporting individuals and families at important moments in their lives, and it provided firsthand insight into how policy and regulation affect people in real and lasting ways. It also reinforced the importance of clarity, fairness and accountability in all decision‑making.
After many years of involvement in the Liberal Party, I was elected to Parliament in March 2025. Running for Parliament was motivated by a strong sense of responsibility rather than personal ambition. Western Australians deserve representatives who are prepared to listen, ask difficult questions, uphold the rule of law and hold government to account.
Good government should respect individual responsibility, protect freedoms, support families and small businesses, and always operate with transparency and integrity. Every contribution in Parliament should be guided by what is fair, what is just, and what best serves Western Australians, not just for today, but for the future.
Public office is a privilege. I am committed to earning the trust placed in me through diligence, honesty and a clear focus on serving the people of Western Australia.
